Kontakt Software Ltd. will annouce on the web site and contact clients by email any price changes 30 days in advance.
Refund Policy
When a client wishes to discontinue the use of the Kontakt Software Ltd. services, the client will be billed the content management fee for the last month of any web site or web pages work. Kontakt Software will not offer a refund for all or any partial of the Hosting Fee. Refunds on the Hosting Fee will only be provided if Kontakt Software Ltd. is unable to provide the service or partial service for the billing period. The refund amount will be determined by Kontakt Sofware Ltd.
